Palazzo Talia - Small Luxury Hotels Of The World, Rome

Palazzo Talia is a 26-room boutique hotel inside the former private residence of the Secretary to the Pope. The first-floor halls display original sculptures of historic figures with backlighting, and some suites preserve original 16th-century frescoes above the bed. The Terrace Suite, designed by Luca Guadagnino, includes a private terrace with city views.

The full-service spa and wellness centre contains an indoor heated pool, sauna, hammam, steam room, and massage services. A fitness centre, spa lounge/relaxation area, and sun loungers or beach chairs surround the pool. Complimentary fitness classes and local culture tours are offered, along with beauty services and spa facilities.

The on-site restaurant serves Italian cuisine for lunch and dinner, and a free full breakfast is offered each morning with à la carte choices and in-room service. The bar provides evening entertainment, happy hour, and wine and champagne. A snack bar extends dining options, and room service is available.

The hotel is located a 3-minute walk from Trevi Fountain, with Spanish Steps and Piazza Barberini nearby; Piazza Venezia is less than 1 km away, and designer boutiques line the Spagna district. Guests have access to a 24-hour front desk, concierge service, tour desk, paid airport shuttle, car hire, valet parking, and an electric vehicle charging station. Staff members speak English, Spanish, French, and Italian.

Family rooms include baby safety gates, and the hotel provides babysitting and child services, kids' meals, and board games and puzzles. Pets are allowed, with pet baskets and pet bowls supplied. Accessible rooms have raised toilets, grab rails, a lower bathroom sink, and an emergency cord in the bathroom.
